2004
Layout Development
Completed the first phase of Hillsborough - our first development.
2010
Completed 25 acres
Successfully transacted over 25 acres of retail plots in gated communities developed by us.
2011
Construction Division
Evolved into a construction company handling individual bungalows for clients.
2015
Completed 3 Developments
This year marked the milestone of completing Sua Serenitea, our most extensive layout of 35 acres.
2019
Started Town Layouts
Vitrag ventured into developing properties within the municipal town limits of Coonoor.
